You may request a refund within 14 days of delivery for unopened products in original packaging. Opened or used dietary supplements are generally not eligible due to hygiene and safety regulations.

3. Process
Once approved, we will provide return instructions. Upon receipt of the returned product, we will process the refund within 14 days to your original payment method.
